What the load rating means
The 1,000 kg figure is the total uniformly distributed load on the conveyor. It is not a per-metre rating or an individual-item capacity. A concentrated load, uneven loading or an incline needs a separate engineering check. CCL confirms the allowable load for the agreed dimensions, layout and operating duty.
Plan your CCL1000 application
Provide a loading diagram showing where weight sits along the conveyor. Identify concentrated loads, loading impact, fully loaded starts and any reversing duty. Tell us how products are loaded and unloaded, and include the supporting floor or structure in the project brief.
Configure the conveyor around your process
Discuss conveyor length, usable belt width, working height and infeed/outfeed arrangement. Specify belt material and surface, frame material, side guides, speed control, sensors and connections to other equipment. These are specification choices to agree with CCL, rather than a fixed list of equipment included in every model.

From enquiry to handover
Send a sketch or layout with product dimensions, maximum individual weight, total load and required items per minute. Add working heights, loading method, power supply and site location. CCL can then agree the design, quotation and scope for manufacture, testing, installation and handover.
The CCL1000 is quoted against your requirements. The website’s standard 150 kg conveyor calculator does not price this higher-capacity range.
