Our sales project engineers will discuss your requirements with you, visit your site and make the purchase of your new equipment as stress free as possible, taking full control of the project.
Placement of order
Once the order has been placed, we allocate a project engineer, who will then produce timeline plans and liaise with the client as the design process starts.
We will send details and a 3D drawing for the client to approve prior to manufacturing starting, once the design has been finalised the manufacturing manager will take over the project and will update the client on the process of the project until completion.
Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT)
Once complete we encouraged you to attend site for Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) prior to delivery and installation.
