Central Conveyors Ltd were asked to design and supply a bespoke conveyor system to carry 10 tons skips from a feed area to filling area. 

The challenge was to produce a system that would convey the skips in a loop system but that would also allow a storage space for 30 ton loads to accumulate.

The conveyor system was required to lift up and transfer contents using hydraulic cylinders. 

We designed and built a special structure to take the heavy load whilst also being able to fit into the restricted working area.
