Fully Automated conveyor system

CCL Provide a Fully Automated system,

To prove the system worked prior to manufacture a full functional design specification was written.


Step 1. 2 x pallets consisting of 4 x ½ Kegs 3 stack High, will be loaded on to load area (zone1)

Step 2. Once loaded correctly, the system will be given a signal to automatically Index forward to position (2).


In Feed System: Existing process for ½ Kegs chain conveyors







Step 3. 2 x pallets consisting of 4 x ½ Kegs 3 stack High, will be loaded again on to load area (zone1)

Step 4. Once loaded correctly, the system will be given a signal to automatically Index forward to position (2) & (3)


In Feed System: Existing process for ½ Kegs chain conveyors





Step 5. 2 x pallets consisting of 4 x ½ Kegs 3 stack High, will be loaded again on to load area (zone1)

Step 6. Once loaded correctly, the system will be given a signal to automatically Index forward to position (2) & (3) & (4)

Step7. This process continues until the load on system is full of awaiting 4 x ½ Kegs 3 stack High pallets


In Feed System: Existing process for ½ Kegs chain conveyors







Step 8. If the existing system is ready and empty the 4 x ½ Kegs 3 stack High pallets awaiting will start up a convoy along the system into the existing line, the load process starts again.


In Feed System: Existing process for ¼ Kegs chain conveyors









Step 1. 2 x pallets consisting of 4 x ¼ Kegs 5 stack High, will be loaded on to load area (zone1)

Step 2. Once loaded correctly, the system will be given a signal to automatically Index forward to position (2).


In Feed System: Existing process for ¼ Kegs chain conveyors









Step 3. 2 x pallets consisting of 4 x ¼ Kegs 5 stack High, will be loaded again on to load area (zone1)

Step 4. Once loaded correctly, the system will be given a signal to automatically Index forward to position (2) & (3)


In Feed System: Existing process for ¼ Kegs chain conveyors






Step 5. 2 x pallets consisting of 4 x ¼ Kegs 5 stack High, will be loaded again on to load area (zone1)

Step 6. Once loaded correctly, the system will be given a signal to automatically Index forward to position (2) & (3) & (4)

Step7. This process continues until the load on system is full of awaiting 4 x ¼ Kegs 5 stack High pallets


In Feed System: Existing process for ¼ Kegs chain conveyors





Step 8. If the existing system is ready and empty the 4 x ¼ Kegs 5 stack High pallets awaiting will start up a convoy along the system into the existing line, the load process starts again.


In Feed System: New process for 1/6 Kegs chain conveyors







Step 1. 2 x pallets consisting of 4 x Sleeves 1 stack High, will be loaded on to load area (zone1)

Step 2. Once loaded correctly, the system will be given a signal to automatically Index forward to position (2).
